Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The openplan living space and kitchen has everything that you need and the bedroom has plenty of storage and a nice comfortable bed. The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.

Unique static boat moored on the Trent , great for fishing or just relaxing, fantastic views lots lovely walks,The boat is now ready for the winter months heating on log burner ready to go, new kitchenware very cozy ,Christmas almost upon us why not try a stay over Christmas and enjoy the boat decked out.
