Upstairs is a large studio-style space which is light and airy, with a separate shower room. There is a king size bed, also a sofa bed which would sleep another adult or two children. Stair gate, high chair and travel cot available if required. Parking on drive. Also plenty of space for bikes. In a lovely village with good amenities and country walks.

The Garden Room is a separate contemporary building in the garden of our family home in a quiet residential street close to the centre of popular West Bridgford.Beds can be set up as 2 singles or zipped together to make a super king.Ensuite with power shower. Basic kitchen area with fridge/ kettle/ toaster. Trent Bridge Cricket Ground is a 20min walk or buses are only 200m away for access to Nottingham. Private access from the main house. We live within a quiet small estate that is situated in the heart of Derbyshire. lots of little towns ,Belper is a lovely town with river gardens and lovely boutiques for shopping. Fancy walking or bike riding why not visit matlock or the peak district

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It's also perfect for anyone that needs to visit Bestwood Lodge/Country park for an event. The space is a self contained bedsit (inc small seating area and TV) on the side of our house with a private entrance. It has a private bathroom, small kitchen amenities (microwave,toaster,kettle). 1 mile from the City Hospital an 3 miles from M1,J26. Quiet neighbourhood, with space to park outside.
