Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located cottage. Our carpark is 3 mins away as cottage in pedestrian area. Cottage is near the amazing Hockley area with loads of restaurants and bars. It’s also very close to the Market Square and Nottingham Castle. Nottingham Arena is a 5 minute walk. Notts Forest, Notts County and the Cricket ground are just 25/30minutes walk. ⚠️PLEASE NOTE-SAME DAY BOOKINGS MAY NOT GET PARKING- we recommend the lace market car park which is 3 mins away

Rose Cottage is our 1680’s cottage set in the heart of the the Castle Donington conservation area. Easily accessible from from the M1, M/A42, or A50, and close by to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park race track. Only a minutes walk to the Village centre and a choice of restaurants, bars and pubs. This cosy cottage has all that you might need to have a lovely break. Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
