You will be comfortable in this spacious accommodation, full of character. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, and one single (further beds on discussion with host); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use. You will have your own front door and space, so you will in effect have a self contained unit.

Close to centre of village with excellent road/rail connections to other parts of UK. For one or two guests - couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Simple help-yourself breakfast plus provisions included. New kitchenette. Storage on floor below if needed. Bicycles. Treatments now bookable. Spiral staircase is narrow - dogs are welcome if can negotiate!

Beautiful Groom's Cottage, Ashford-in-the Water

A beautiful, recently converted barn which was originally the Groom's Cottage. Newly renovated in 2018 this one bed, one bath cottage is set in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views and direct access across the owners' fields to a footpath which leads either down to the famously picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Separately available is The Coach House, next door, also new and sleeping 4 people in equal style.

The Nook, Cosy Holiday Cottage

‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk.
