The Old Dairy is a self contained Victorian building in the garden of our listed farmhouse Located at the end of a private drive in a hamlet in the Surrey hills we overlook fields and have private access to the network of public countryside footpaths We are in a quiet rural location but several great pubs are within 5 minutes drive or 30-40 minutes walk along public footpaths and bridleways We are less than 20 mins from Gatwick and from stations with 1/2 hour trains to London Late check in is ok

The Comfy Gatwick Annex

Check-in anytime after 3pm. Our guest house is freshly built in 2025. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. It takes from 10 mins to get to/from the train station and from 12 mins to/from the Gatwick Airport. - sockets with USBs, don't need to worry about adaptors :) - free coffee/tea on the kitchen - big garden - Wifi - free parking - smoke-free home - EV charger (if you want to use it we charge 35p/kw just to cover electricity)

Luxury Garden Lodge

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

The Little House

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. Relax and make yourself at home in rural, peaceful surroundings, yet conveniently located only a stones throw from Gatwick Airport, approximately7 mins drive. Newly equipped and furnished throughout. There are steps down from the drive which lead to a small terrace with a table and chairs, and the front door. Please note that the front door, door to the bedroom and the main beam in the living area are slightly reduced in height.

Comfortable living/dining room and separate kitchen with ceramic hob, combination microwave, air fryer and coffee machine. Surrounded by beautiful National Trust countryside with excellent walks from the doorstep and welcoming local pubs nearby. Convenient for Gatwick Airport and Redhill mainline station, with easy links to London.

Our cabin is set in the garden of our family home in a quiet cul de sac. The cabin has a double bed and plenty of storage. Small kitchenette with basic cooking facilities Ensuite shower room with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Close to local amenities. Just a 5-minute drive to Gatwick Airport . A 5-minute walk to the Bus Stop for travel to both terminals at Gatwick Airport, Horley Town Centre, and Horley train station for trains into London.

A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being only a ten minute drive and a 3 minute train journey. Horley station provide fast access to London, Brighton and the Midlands. Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance. It is also a great base for visiting the local area in and around Surrey and Sussex.
