Entrada bem tranquila, acesso bem facil. A casa estava limpa e organizada, roupa de cama e banho otimas. localizacao muito boa bem proximo do comercio e parques, dá pra fazer tudo andando. Super recomendado. Apesar de devidamente informada atraves do descritivo, senti falta de maquina de lavar louca e roupa, devido ao longo periodo que fiquei na casa (3 semanas). o colchao é de mola e bem mole, entao pode ser um desafio para quem nao gosta de colchao mole. nao possui exaustor no fogao, entao deve ter cuidado com fritura e fumaca, pois o alarme de incendio pode disparar, neste caso deve-se manter as janelas do quarto e da sala aberta para circular o ar.

Elizabeth's place was extremely well appointed. Nice towels and sheets, and comfortable sofa/chairs. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom has a nice big tub, and her decorations are very nice. Definitely has a woman's touch!

We arrived later afternoon and not sure of which door to go into, Joesph came out on his deck to welcome us and where to park. We talked a bit and then went into the apartment under his living quarters. The place was very clean and a lot of amenities were there with labels on everything which was nice. Bed was comfortable as well. We basically hung our hats there while we went out to do things; we didn't hang out there at all. We didn't cook but we could have. Plenty of supplies. Bathroom was nice with big shower. Only problem was the light in the bathroom is motion activated so....while in the shower, it doesn't detect you and will turn the lights off. You just stick out your hand it will turn back on. Nice place.

This was our second stay at Dariel’s place. It is perfect for our family and I always check to see if it is available when we are visiting the area. It is spacious yet cozy, and well-appointed. It is easy to get to, and central to both sides of town.

My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

We came to Elio’s place as a party of 6 to celebrate a bachelorette trip. It was the perfect location to have an aesthetic slumber party vibe and still have lots to do in terms of going out in Jersey city or NYC. I felt that the place was incredible on its own and it being affordable was the cherry on top. We had a lovely time celebrating the bachelorette and I would recommend anyone to stay here. Checking in and out was very easy and stress free. Parking was also not a problem.

Ann could not have been more helpful and quick to respond. Her place is a wee gem of style, peace and comfort in the heart of all the activity. Thoughtful extras and a stocked fridge to get us started was so considered and appreciated. It’s easy to get anywhere from this base and we covered the city by subway and uber with no problems. We loved coming home here after busy days and nights. Perfects hosts and 5 star accommodation and service.

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.

Hancheng’s apartment is beautifully put together, quiet, very comfortable, and has everything (and more) you’ll need for a wonderful stay in New York. The bedroom itself is cosy (but has a fan etc to take care of you no matter what the season) and he has provided an iron, little ironing board, and hairdryer, which I really appreciated. The main living space - which I was out too much to take full advantage of - is also designed and arranged to make great use of the space. I was grateful for the access to coffee machine, water filter jug, and fridge. I also would make special mention of the lighting in the apartment, as there are lots of little motion-sensitive lights which, as a rather clumsy person, I found invaluable in navigating night time bathroom trips! All these things and more make Hancheng’s apartment the first place I’ll try when I plan to go back. Neil was a very responsive host and very flexible and accommodation. The location is close to Yankee Stadium (15 min walk) and only 3 min to the subway. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable.

It was such an amazing stay and I stayed for approx 2-2.5 weeks! The reviews are not lieing at all! Place was clean always, very convenient location close to so many shops and I was also able to use his nice office to study in. As a woman I also felt safe in the apt and in the location! It is a very good price for staying in nyc and Donald is hella responsive too. 12/10 experience and would recommend his air bnb to anybody!

Loved how accessible the train was to this location. Also loved that there was grocery store near by & ample food options. Cool shops too. Definitely would recommend for your NYC stay! Especially if you’re hanging in the Bronx.
