Open floor plan. Guest pool house is located behind the main house with your own private entrance through driveway. There is AC/heating with an adjustable thermostat, dimmer for the lights and a ceiling fan. You may stream movies/show apps included during your stay (Netflix Disney etc). Outside you also have access to a pool, seating area with a gas fire pit 5 people max may stay Electric queen air mattress is located in the ottoman in case a 2nd bed is needed along with extra sheets and blanket

The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.
