Misty Ridge - Kennerdell Getaway

There is something special about being up in the trees, surrounded by nature. In this cozy, little treehouse, you will find that no detail has been overlooked. Enjoy the forest view where it’s likely you'll see wild deer or turkey. Build a fire in the fire pit, have a stargazing soak in the hot tub, enjoy the freedom of an outdoor shower (available May 1- Oct 25), or relax on the hammock deck. You’ll have everything you need for the perfect getaway. Once you arrive, you won't ever want to leave.

Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. The home is situated on 13 acres of land bordering both sides of the Neshannock Creek. With towering old growth forest on all sides, you truly connect with nature. The property boasts exclusive access to the Neshannock Creek, including a creek side deck. A cascading waterfall borders us to the north.
