Very warm and cozy room. Felt really comfortable staying here. Location was perfect and convenient right along Avenue of the Giants in the Redwoods. Wonderful host !

Evergreen Haus was just as described. We found the home clean, tidy, and our room was as well. The bed was extremely comfortable. Eddie was very helpful with tips about going into Yosemite as well as local restaurants. My grandson loved the trampoline and looked forward to our return from the park to jump.

We spent a few nights at Eddie’s place toward the end of a three week California road trip and it was one of our most relaxing stays. The lodge had everything we needed to make breakfast and to pack lunches for a day of sightseeing. Eddie gave great recommendations for hikes in this beautiful area and for local restaurants, and his lodge is in a great location to get to both easily. It was interesting to visit with Eddie about the history of the lodge and his labor of love to make it what it is today. I definitely recommend Eddie’s place if you’re in the Yosemite area!

I took my son on a college trip to visit Humboldt, and this was a convenient stop on our way. If you enjoy nature, you’re right in the heart of it here. I loved it—it was easy and peaceful. There are lots of beautiful, friendly cats roaming the yard, which added such a sweet touch. The river is just across the street, and I’ve truly never seen water that shade of turquoise before. Nature feels alive all around you. The unit itself is simple—exactly what I was looking for for the night—and it looks just like the pictures. The hosts were great: they called to check in with me on my drive up, were friendly and courteous, but not overbearing. A lovely stop for anyone looking to be surrounded by nature and simplicity.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The host even upgraded our room for free to a larger and nicer room. Cute little cabin in the redwoods, incredibly scenic. The cabin itself was super clean and we felt very comfortable during our stay here. The host even greeted us personally upon checkin! Both the checkin and checkout process were easy and I couldn’t imagine finding somewhere more scenic and cozy!!

Very quiet, calm and private location surrounded by nature; Just an 8 minute drive from downtown. Josh was attentive and responsive from the moment our booking was accepted and made sure our stay was what was expected. He was friendly and helpful. Great value for staying in the area; we will sure come back next time we visit.

This place completely exceeded my expectations! It’s even more beautiful in person — every detail is so thoughtful and the whole space feels peaceful and cozy. You can tell a lot of care went into creating this experience. Kennedy was amazing — super friendly, helpful, and responsive from start to finish. I truly had the best time here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special stay in Sequoia!

Tiny hotel perfect for a weekend stay or a night stay.

We (3 cyclists) had arrived rather late, and were accommodated very well; the decor of the room and the amenities were excellent and homely, and it was a very pleasant stay. I would strongly recommend this place

Great room in a cute little town. Privacy was a challenge because we could hear the people next door like they were in our room.

Third time staying here, and it’s always convenient and as described. Both hosts are very communicative and accommodating!! Will be back!

I look forward to my next trip out to the river, redwoods, and Rio Nido. The rooms were so great, doggie friendly, fun vibe. The sauna and hot tubs were fantastic! If you are around Wednesday, karaoke nite was so fun!

Geraldine and Kathleen are THEE HOSTESSES with MOSTEST!! They always have great communication and whenever I come to Lovelock this is the only place I will stay. I feel safe and secure.
