We were in absolute awe of this rental, so much so that we ended up extending our stay. The walk to the beach is very convenient and the seaside view from the sun room was absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for anywhere better to stay!!!

Had a lovely stay. Was a bit cold in April in the mornings and evenings, but besides that it was a great location and lovely place.

I love this place because of the location next to the lake and in the center of the city of Clearlake. While it is not five-star, luxury accommodation, there is the feeling of luxury having private access to the lake and the wonderfully attentive host. I would definitely stay here again because of the reasonable cost, wonderful location, caring host.

My family and dog stayed at Jeremy’s house for 5 days and loved every minute. The house is very spacious and airy, super well-maintained with lots of room to relax and enjoy. The front and back yards are big and perfect for a dog and kids. Everything you’d need is covered, from outdoor shower to a handy pooper scooper and toys for the dog. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet only 3 minutes walk to great burgers, pizza or Mexican food. And only 8 minute walk to The Hook or 38th Ave for surfing or beach. 5 minute drive or an easy bike ride to downtown Capitola. Jeremy was a fantastic host, always asking if we needed anything. Will definitely visit again!

William's place was very comforting and relaxing with an excellent view as well! I loved the garden view outside every morning we woke up. They gave us a lot of food supplies as well! Definitely will come back on our next trip to Tahoe :)

Very beautiful spot to crash while in town! The place was clean, bright, and peaceful! We ran into the host one time in the driveway and they were extremely kind and said to reach out if we need anything. Would book again!

We really liked the home and the area! I was nervous due to the empty lot across the street but the area was very safe. It was very walkable! The home was a lot larger than expected, very clean and organized. But if felt so cozy! Towards the end of our stay there were a few ants that’s started popping up so just make sure to clean up after yourself. The host was also great! I messaged her asking for some recommendations and she sent a detailed list. We actually picked one of those restaurants and it was great!! Definitely would recommend this home to others

I had to randomly book an urgent trip to Sacramento, and April’s AirBnB was perfect for a 2-night stay. It was a very cozy and accommodating stay for both my mom and I. I definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in Sacramento.

Nita was such a sweet host. Welcomed us soon as we got there and walked us through. The place was perfect for our quick weekend trip and street parking is very easy and safe. Would definitely book again.

This is the most perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful few days away or to hike in Sequoia National Park. The place is easy to find, clean and has amazing outdoor seating next to the river, honestly an absolute dream. We did a mix of visits to Sequoia (about an hour drive) and local hikes which were also lovely. Darci was so helpful and responsive, we couldn’t fault anything from our trip!

This bungalow was pretty dreamy. It was more spacious than I expected, though still very cozy. The outside area was so sweet being by the river and amongst the plants and birds. It was nearby a lot of restaurants and cafes, some walkable, others a short drive away. And it was ideally very close to the Sequoia park. The hosts provided great instructions and were very responsive as well.

The jukebox alone is reason to visit!! Location is great -- incredibly walkable. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen. Easy parking.
