The Coach House

The Coach House is located on our mountain top horse and lavender farm. We offer youth summer camps so are set up for fun outdoor adventures and activities. Have fun with our horses, goats, and chickens! You can take a 10 min walk over to Nonno's Restaurant for wine/pizza/BBQ and bacchi ball, or take an 8 min drive into Los Gatos, or 15 min to Santa Cruz for the beach and some of the best restaurants and spas around!. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, kids, & behaved dogs!

(Price includes 10% bed tax & no cleaning fee!) The "barndominium" tiny house is a cozy, welcoming & unique space just steps away from Ferndale’s restaurants, shops, hiking trails and live music. Our location means you can park the car and walk to all Ferndale has to offer. Enjoy our peaceful creekside half acre and garden atrium. Great stop to explore the redwoods & hiking. Beach, 5 miles. Copper Lodge is a 12-acre modern rustic retreat, with private river access and multiple indoor/outdoor spaces to help immerse you in nature and make special memories with the people you love. It's a comfortable place to get away for fun, (or work-from-anywhere, with fast Starlink internet). Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. Many of our guests tell us they wished they’d had more time to just unplug, right here on the property.

Barnview Bungalow Farm Stay

Try on a slice of farm life from our Barnview Bungalow. This tiny house studio is right in the middle of our functioning farm. It comes with a large covered deck with views of our young apple orchard and big red barn. If you dream of wide open spaces, big skies, and farm animal encounters this is the place for you. Accommodations include: A full sized memory foam bed, kitchenette with mini fridge and two stove burners, stone-floored bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and washer and dryer.

The Bunk House

Escape to a beautiful cattle ranch in Nicasio Valley, offering a tranquil retreat. A rustic and cozy cabin provides luxurious amenities, ideal for families and groups of friends. Plan a special dinner, indulging in our homegrown Angus beef and breakfast with farm fresh eggs, enjoy various games and a peaceful evening under the stars. Awaken to the sounds of birds singing and take in the breathtaking views the ranch provides. 45 min from SF, 15 min from Point Reyes and 16 miles from the beach.

Rio Vista Farmhouse

Relax after a day of exploring the Humboldt Redwoods State Park in this peaceful, dog-friendly (for a fee), renovated barn. Nestled on a point, with spectacular views of the Eel River Valley ranch lands, redwoods, and majestic mountains. It is located right off highway 101 and just minutes to the Avenue of the Giants for exploring and hiking. Enjoy shopping and dining in the nearby Victorian village of Ferndale. It's the perfect central location for exploring all Humboldt has to offer!

Rustic Cozy Cabin Barn near Mendocino

Cozy rustic converted barn/tack room surrounded by oaks, firs and pines located on our lower meadow. Lavender rows blooming below the paddock fence fragrant the air during the summer months and available for harvesting. Outdoor seating to enjoy the mornings, a little ocean view and sunsets. The Navarro Beach estuary is just a few miles away for walking or wading. No Wifi creating a true country experience which we think you'll enjoy offering solitude, disconnecting and reinventing.

Newly built detached barn with a cozy loft apartment upstairs on our 6 acre homestead. We offer 2 Tesla electric car chargers, high speed Comcast WiFi (89.6 Mbps download 35.9 Mbps upload), brand new mattresses and a cozy place to relax. Just a short drive to Yosemite National Park Entrance (just over an hour-56 miles away), Pinecrest Lake, Historic Downtown Sonora and Columbia, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Black Oak Casino and countless hiking trails in the Stanislaus National Forest!

The Bunkhouse at Patterson Ranch

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
