Our luxury 1-bedroom ski condo is spacious, modern, and located right across the street from the tram to Stagecoach ski lodge and lift. You will love the easy access to the slopes in the winter, with gorgeous Lake Tahoe just a short drive away. Everything you need is on -site for any season, full kitchen, fitness and good family fun. You get all the owner ameneties, including spa and workout center, racquet ball all season and tennis in spring and summer. Indoor basketball dome is year round.

We offer great accommodations for family and friends coming into town because we offer more space than your typical hotel room. “The Studio” is our smallest room and is located in our main building. This works well for the single traveler or couple looking for a petite style room. A mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot provide a few extras for your stay. With a private bed and bath, it’s a cozy room to rest after your mountain adventures. Sleeps up to 2 people. * PLEASE NOTE: this Studio is PET-FREE - sorry, NO pets/dogs allowed, and does NOT have a kitchen (no stove/oven).

Tranquil Courtyard 2 Double Beds

This courtyard room has TWO extra-long Full Size beds (length of a queen bed but width of a full). The entrance to this room is in our little oasis of a courtyard. Filled with blooming flowers and cobblestone walkways. This is a small family-run motel in the Marina district, close to Cow Hollow and Pacific Heights. You’ll love it here because of the neighborhood, the coziness, and the free off-street parking.This room is not pet friendly.
