A 10-minute drive from the airport and 1 block from the new University of Oregon - Portland, my bright cottage downstairs ADU features an open kitchen/living room floor plan with two bedrooms, one bathroom and 9-foot ceilings. Situated in the NE Concordia neighborhood near the Alberta Arts area and McMenamins Kennedy School. Neighorhood pubs, grocery stores, and public transportation are only a short walk away. One off street parking spot is available. No smoking of any kind on the property.
