Sole use of patio to the rear in beautiful garden. Parking on private drive. Situated just one mile from the centre of Tamworth with its Saxon castle, church and snow dome. Local attractions include Drayton Manor, the Belfry golf course, Kingsbury Water Park, Conkers Activity Resort amongst others

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 King and 1 Single bed. Situated on the outskirts of Tamworth but conveniently located for all of Tamworth's sights and activities. Guests will have access to the whole house, including a fully equipped kitchen and spacious garden area. The lounge features a 50" SMART TV.
