Very large two bedroom ground floor flat in the heart of Hinckley with single parking space located at the front . Flat is within walking distance of the £60m shopping centre redevelopment The Crescent having new cinema and many eateries to suit all tastes. The 'Old Apothecary' is a grade II listed ground floor apartment located in Church Square, Melbourne. It has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in October 2022. Located in the curtilage of Melbourne Hall, just a 2-minute walk from the centre of Melbourne (a beautiful Georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops). The apartment is divided into a living room, kitchen, shower room and cosy bedroom which sleeps 2 people in a double bed.

Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. A cosy bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom. There is also a sofa-bed suitable for little ones in the living room. Guests can use the courtyard to the side of the apartment.
