Great Location! The Treetop retreat is walking distance to our vibrant downtown St Petersburg. It’s a three minute walk to the Vinoy and there is a large amount of amazing restaurants, bistros, museums, galleries, waterfront parks, trails. These are all walking and/or biking distance. We have a huge arts and culture scene, we are also a ‘foodie’ town and are becoming known for our craft beer. It's a 5 minute drive to Tropicana for baseball & 15 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico, St Pete beach.

Kenwood Retreat - 1BR carriage house

This newly constructed carriage house was built to embrace the character and charm of the main house, a 1928 craftsman bungalow. Your 2nd floor 1 BR apartment is well appointed with a full chef's kitchen, a living room with a pull-out sofa, and washer/ dryer. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the large porch. 2 min walk to Grand Central restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, or grab a bike or scooter for a 5 min ride to Downtown St. Pete or 15 to the beaches.

Twenty minute car ride to the beautiful Gulf Beaches or downtown Tampa. Great weekend get-a-way or longer term rental. Parking is available on the street with a parking permit which we provide.

Efficiency offers one queen bed. Kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. Easy walk to bay and beautiful downtown St Pete. Guests may enjoy our pool however it is not heated so it will be cold during the winter/early spring. We will be happy to provide pool/beach towels if needed. Please know if you are dependent on having wifi, we seem to have a history of sketchy WiFi in our area. Hope to see you soon!
