This stunning position is only a few yards from coastal walks and cycling routes. Clevedon's famous marine lake, which is open all year for wild swimming, is a short stroll away as are the local pub, post office and some lovely coffee shops a little further along the seafront.

This first-floor apartment faces the beach at Kewstoke, with views directly across the Bristol Channel to Cardiff and the islands of Flat Holm and Steep Holm. The living-room area and the larger bedroom feature patio doors which open onto the balcony, which faces west and is ideal for watching the sunset on summer evenings. Sand Bay is a stretch of unspoilt beach, very tranquil, but there are pubs and restaurants within walking distance, and a bus into the nearby town of Weston-Super-Mare.

The Garden Room is at the back of Clifton Villa, accessed through the house porch. Large self-catering studio room with a double bed, comfy chairs and a storage unit with kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. Bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower. Guests can sit/ eat in the patio garden using the chairs, table and bench. Clifton Villa is 200 meters from the beach lawns, promenade and seafront. Local Co-op, butcher, take-aways and cafes. Town centre and Weston Hospital nearby.

Invest in yourself and enjoy a relaxing stay in Chestnut Cottage located in the quaint picturesque village of Kingston Seymour. Self catering cottage, sleeps 4, in Portishead.

The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. Both have tea and coffee making facilities. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to the each of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV/DVD player and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher.

The loft is a newly renovated space above the garage, with stunning views looking up the Bristol Channel and the Severn bridge. There is a double bed making the space suitable for a couple. The sleeping and living areas are separated by a waist high oak framed partition. There is a kitchen equipped with an induction 2 ringed hob, a microwave, toaster, boiling water tap and small fridge/freezer. The bathroom has an electric shower and heated floor.
