Modern inner city 3 bed eco house

Architecturally significant and award winning eco house one mile from Bristol City Centre situated in the leafy suburb of Redland. The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. This cosy cabin is set next to our 2-acre wooded land, which you are more than welcome to explore! We live in a house next to the cabin and are usually on hand if needed. Bringing your dog(s)? They'll have a great time running around the garden and exploring the wood! Our land, steeped in coal mining history and on the border of an Area of Outstanding Beauty, is a great place to come and relax. Bishop Sutton is also set in the beautiful Chew Valley within walking distance of the lake!

Beautiful Barn near Bristol in Picturesque Setting

Holly Tree Barn is a new modern conversion surrounded by lovely countryside, on the doorstep of Bristol and near Bath . Ideal for the Balloon Fiesta, the Airport and University Graduations. Bristol is easily reachable by train, bus, cycle path or car. Glastonbury, the Cotswolds and the beach are an easy drive. The Barn is down a quiet lane with village shops, pubs and the train station a 10 min walk. It is near public footpaths allowing you to explore the valley, walk, cycle and unwind.

Ground floor, fully self-contained studio accommodation in a traditional Farmhouse on a small working farm. Delightful country cottage in a farm setting. Private garden with hot tub, firepit, BBQ and relaxing chairs. Cosy wood burner for chilly evenings. Beautiful and tranquil location set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Access to miles of footpaths from the front door, including the West Mendip Way. Close to Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Bath, as well as many other beauty spots and attractions. A good selection of pubs and restaurants, some accessible on foot. Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

Gorgeous large three bedroom cottage on a small working farm inside Bristol. Private gardens and hot tub. Offering the best of city and country life. Amazing location just a £10 uber ride into the centre of Bristol. Uniquely positioned with fantastic and easy driving into Bristol as well as stunning views of the city from the farmland. Looking to Ashton Court and the suspension Bridge. Fab for balloon fiesta. Excellent position to Bristol airport as well as Ashton Gate stadium.

Self catering cottage, sleeps 4, in Portishead.

The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. Both have tea and coffee making facilities. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to the each of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV/DVD player and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher.
