The Frazier House - Brown/RISD - East Side

The Frazier House: A Luxuriant Den of Bohemian Caste. The Frazier House design & decor creates a calm, old world, ambience in a large (1,000 sq.ft.) 1st floor, lovingly furnished, 2-bed apartment in an 1880's 3-family Victorian. Frazier House easily accommodates traveler's needs for short stays (3 days) or longer stays. WiFi/Cable/HBO. Sound System. Food basics. A gift basket awaits guests: a beverage, home baked goods, & a mini-swag bag to put smiles on faces. On the Prestigious East Side.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.
