Very comfortable home with lots of upgrades. This home is close to everything; 5 min. from airport and train station, 10 min. to local beaches, 30 min. to RI ocean beaches, 10 min. to Providence, and 35 min. from Boston. Check in after 3PM Check out 11AM This home is pet friendly for a fee of $100 per pet. You must provide a pet picture and updated shot records and take full responsibility for any and all pet related issues. Pet maximum weight 30 lbs. You must acknowledge/accept pet policy.

Artist studio in the woods

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Be a little bohemian, stay in an artist’s studio for two adults, views of woods and stone walls.walk along a 300 stone wall past a 5000 gallon koi pond, and discover a stone sculpture in the woods. Wall of windows, private deck, queen size bed, kitchenette, full bath, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable tv, guest robes, iron and board, kuerig, all necessary utensils. Quite, tranquil, relax. As of 1/1/26 booking rate will be $120 per day. Pool $20 seasonal.

Beautiful 2 floor apartment/house (part of a duplex) with floral front yard and shady back garden. Close to Brown, RISD, downtown, etc. Fully furnished. Front and back private entrances. Kitchen stocked with cooking basics, including spices, and many utensils, small appliances and pots, pans, etc. Picnic basket, beach towels and mats, hand weights, yoga mat on premises. Suitable for entertaining indoors and out. Parking: 2 driveway spaces on alley. Can host 4/5 easily, but up to 6 is possible.
