Just arrived home from a 6 night stay at The Crest. We had a fantastic holiday and really enjoyed the direct access to a beautiful quiet sandy beach we even saw seals swimming off the beach. The Crest was as described in the listing and we found the accommodation felt large than expected based on the photos and was well equipped with everything we needed and a few extra practical extras for example the outdoor hose to rinse off on our return from the beach. The large enclosed garden was perfect for the children and dog and we all enjoyed the early evening visits from the ice cream van! Finally Val was a great host always responded to any messages quickly and sent us clear pre-arrival information including detailed directions and departure information. We would love to come for another visit in the future and would not hesitate to recommend The Crest.

Very nice house to stay in … with everything a large group would need for a relaxing stay … the garden is lovely with wonderful view of the beach which is accessible about 50m up the road …there is ample parking .. the hosts are very friendly… good communication … would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Myself, my partner and family stayed in this property for my mums 60th. The cottage was as lovely as you can see in the pictures. The property was spotless and had a very homely feel to it. It was also a great size for 6 people. The area was super quiet and peaceful, with a lovely beach 15/20 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

We were so relaxed here, the view from the chalet even just sitting in the sofa was amazing. It was clean and tidy. So beautiful thank you for letting us stay. Will defo be coming back x

This is my second time staying at Ruth’s and it was just as good as the first time. Very clean, everything catered for and very responsive to messages. With just a 5 minute walk to the lovely sandy Bacton beach, it’s a must for dog owners. Thank you again Ruth for your wonderful hospitality and I hope to be back soon for another visit.

A great beach hut for our family to call home for the day. A perfect spot with everything we needed for a day playing in the sand. Will book again.

A beautifully furnished cottage in the older and quieter part of town in Caister, within easy reach of supermarkets, the beach and places to eat. It was perfect for two of us using it as a base to vist my family and old haunts from years ago. The cottage has everything you need for a stay, even including info leaflets about local activities. It has a good amount of space for eating and relaxing for three people. Having really enjoyed our stay we highly recommend it and hope to come again.

Lovely property. Weather was a little bit chilly so the two heaters provided were a welcome extra. Chalet is full of lovely knick knacks and was very clean. No wi-fi but good 4/5 G signal. Literally a stones throw from a beautiful sandy beach that goes on for miles. There’s no loo but toilet block is next door and clean. Nice pub within 20 minutes walk down the beach. Also went with the recommendation for the Shambles (yes that what’s it’s called!) restaurant that was about a 15 minute drive away. Great food and service. Would stay again.

It was a lovely clean & tidy Lodge with everything you needed & more. Nice clubhouse & play area for kids too. Would definitely stay there again 😊

Debbie was a great host, very quick to respond to any messages. The property had everything we needed, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and nice outside seating space. The site has a lovely clubhouse where we enjoyed great food, we also enjoyed food at the pub and chinese which are both just across the road! Lol As is a lovely little village shop that stocks everything you could think of!

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at the beach house cottage in Corton, Suffolk. Lynda was a wonderful host she provided all the necessary information well in advance, and her instructions were clear and spot-on. The cottage itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The on-site swimming pool was a great bonus, and the staff there were all very friendly and welcoming. Just a short 10-minute drive away is the beautiful sandy beach at Gorleston-on-Sea, with plenty of ice cream shops and great places to eat. We had a fantastic time and would definitely love to come back

Absolutley loved our trip. Kirsty was an amazing host very friendy. always responsive. her place was really clean and tidy felt like we were at home. can not reccomend enough 😀 No hesitations at all to come back and re-book with her. Thank you for making our little trip perfect (at last minute).

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay at California Sands this April. From the moment the chalet was booked to handing back the key, communication from the hosts was fantastic, very quick, friendly and helpful responses in a matter of minutes. Instructions on how to find the chalet & to the keysafe were clear. On arrival, we found the chalet to be clean, extremely well equipped and a perfect home from home. A fabulous guest handbook in the chalet provided lots of detail about the chalet, the holiday park and the local area, a really helpful & thoughtful addition. The site itself had lots to do, offered various places to eat & the staff were all very friendly. We have told everyone about our wonderful experience and hope to revisit in the not too distant future.

Immaculate accommodation. Loved attention to detail which included blankets and towels for my little pooch. All mod cons including an air fryer. Highly recommend. Enjoyed exploring the area. I will need a longer stay next time when weather warmer to enjoy the amenities.

A lovely little weekend hideaway base, very clean, a lovely sea view and lots of extras provided. Towels and linen, plus all the necessaries you could ever need. Easy check in and lots of communication with information from host, We will definitely be back for a return visit.

As a 2 couples with 2 children we found the cottage very well equipped, comfortable and in a great location. The decor is tasteful, comfy sofas and beds, and a beautiful garden. Just a short walk to the sea, and within reach of many of North Norfolks great towns and villages. Highlights were Wells and Cley next the Sea, as well as if you have children, the Hillside animal sanctuary which is free and a great afternoon out within 15 mins. We had two good meals at the local pub which is a stones throw away, and also has an outdoor play area and games room, there is also a local shop with all the essentials again, right next to the cottage. We would highly recommend, and will be visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tom’s place this past Easter weekend. The house is very comfortable and caters for adults and children alike. Whilst there are two sets of stairs, there are gates so families with small children can rest assured. We had a dog as well and the enclosed garden was a real plus. Every detail was thought through and made the experience very comfortable. Location wise, this place is perfect. A playground across the road, and a two minute walk to access the beach. We did the cliff walk when the tide was in from Overstrand to Cromer and walked the beach back. Had food one night in the local pub (with a playground out back for children) - just a five min walk. Driving wise, we visited Holt and Cley next the sea - about a 30 min drive. All in all this is a very peaceful place, good for families and pets and combines tranquility with convenience to Cromer, the promenade and lots of great restaurants.

Fantastic location right near the beach and in the heart of town full of restaurants and pubs. Accommodation just what we needed, very homely and had everything you need for self catering. Cromer is a great base for visiting local beaches and attractions, we went to Amazona Zoo, Wells-Next-The-Sea, West Runton, Mundelsey and Felbrigg Hall. Communication great, they provided a travel cot which was really helpful. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb was a great find situated on the Quayside in Wells-next-the Sea. The property has great views over the surrounding harbour, channels out to sea and salt marshes from either the living room or bedroom windows or the little sun terrace (very welcome on nice days) at the top of the property. I can honestly say I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen before and there was so much in the way of glasses, crockery, mugs, cutlery and cooking bits n pieces you were never short of anything. There is plenty of room to relax with plenty of chairs, and the dining tables served not only for meals but was also great for me to use my laptop to check emails, etc - supported by high-speed Sky broadband. The TV has a full Sky package which meant we felt straight at home with all of the channels that we are used to! Beds were really comfortable and we had good nights' sleep. Parking is straightforward and is a few steps from the property. Lots of amenities are walkable inc boat trips

We are back from an amazing stay at the Beach Hideaway and it was just perfect! The property itself was spotless and so tastfully decorated with a seaside theme. It was just right for 4 people and a dog to stay in and there were so many lovely touches like a personalised welcome sign, blankets for the dog and solar lights that came on at night. It is located a very short walk from a beautiful beach and we managed to cram so much into our short stay. Crabbing at Cromer, seals at Horsey Bay, the lighthouse at Happisburg and boating on the Broads at Wroxham. Kev was great at communicating with us and answering any questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Beach Hideaway to people and we are already looking at when we can book to go back! Thank you so much Kev.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful break away in this lovely seaside cottage. It was well equipped with plenty of space for us all, two teenage boys and our dog. We were only a 2 minute walk away from the sea and beautiful coastal views. Many other places to visit are only a short drive away. We spent some time in Cromer visiting the lifeboat and another day went on the North Norfolk steam railway. I recommend this as a great place to stay for a beautiful coastal and seaside holiday.

A perfectly located home from home on Norfolk’s north coast, easy access to all the key sights on offer and a quick trip back to Norwich if you wanted to take in a visit to the city as part of your stay.

Really lovely place to stay,the house was just as expected,beautiful. WW had everything thst we needed.The parking was great and very secure. The views were great although we had work going very on opposite where they are improving and updating the promenade, which is going to be lovely.The beach was gorgeous to walk along.
