La Casita Next Door a Desert Oasis

Close to hiking trails, ball parks, Midwestern University, ASU West and main thoroughfares (I-17, 51, 101, & 303). After a day of working hard or hardly working enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool or stretch out on the chaise lounges. Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! Gated, Private Entrance, Security door, Walk-in Closet, Tile/Glass Shower Surround. Small Patio area with extra seating. BBQ, Pool Upon Request, Bicycles upon Request. Ocassionally. We mostly leave it up to our guests. Ask the hosts to provide bicycles and then head for the bike path in nearby Conocido Park. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and churches, with Arrowhead Mall also close. Local hiking trails include North Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and Dreamy Draw. Park & Ride 1 mile away. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

Relax in this quiet and new space just a 2 minutes from the freeway and 27 minutes from the airport. Near this place we find popular sedentary routes.Located in Phoenix with restaurants, bars and shops to make yours stay enjoyable.With independent entrance, offering living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom with king -size bed and sofa bed for a third person, air conditioning, bbq, and access to the pool ( that access to the main patio is only for the pool).Independent Parking.

Hidden Gem with Pool Access near Scottsdale.

Unwind and enjoy the city in our cozy and clean guest suite! We have been here for five years renting out our suite to some wonderful guests. We really enjoy hosting and we try to make all of our guests feel as much at home as possible. We have had great experiences with our guests and we can't wait for you to enjoy yourself at our guest suite. We live in the main home that is separate from the suite but adjacent. Fun, clean, private space with direct, pool access! The property is a duplex. Only shared space is the pool area. Easy parking by front door! Huge bed, convenient sofa bed. Desert Paradise Guesthouse is located behind our home. We are located in North Phoenix with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The casita is private and you will have the whole place to yourself. It is surrounded by a beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101).
