The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. Tennis court-just ask, pool if open and free The Bothy is decorated in neutral colours, good ceiling heights & original beams with open plan living room, sofabed, 2 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Situated just 10 miles northwest from historic Oxford, and just a 20 minute walk from Blenheim Palace and a 10 minute drive to the pretty market town of Woodstock, this is the ideal place to stay and explore the Cotswolds and surrounding countryside. Cosy 2 Bed cottage New Yatt Farm

This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small

Private entrance, workspace/Wi-Fi, parking, lovely countryside view, includes breakfast provisions. A comfortable base for working professionals or those travelling/sightseeing. Underfloor heating ensures comfort in colder weather. Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor 1.5 miles, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace/Witney 5 miles, Kidlington 7 miles, Oxford 10 miles & Bicester Village is located fairly nearby. Cheltenham/Newbury Racecourses 35 miles.

There's a Roman villa around the corner and Blenheim Palace down the road with wonderful footpaths through the woods and surrounding countryside. Cherry Nook has its own entrance and private garden and is set back from neighbouring buildings giving a lovely, private feel, and plenty of space for a longer stay. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds in the Windrush Valley, our guest house is set at the end of the garden and perfect for those wanting a short escape. The guest house is a newly converted, beautiful stone cottage, with an open plan living space, fully stocked kitchen and king bed or twin beds with ensuite bathroom. There are wonderful walks and cycling right on our doorstep.
