Huis Roomolen

Studio Huis Roomolen is located at Roomolenstraat in the center of Amsterdam, a little street beween canals, yet; in the middle of things. Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Private roof terrace of 10m² at the backside enclosed by the neighbor buildings. The place is very warm and personal, perfectly suited for a single traveler or couple to retreat as well as to discover Amsterdam.

Unique views from your apartment and terraces. The large terraces on three sides of the house are all yours, so you can always find a space in the sun or in the shade. The west side has an amazing view of the IJsselmeer, the other sides have excellent views too. Two small beaches at walking distance. Free Wifi. The studio (23m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. Relax and hide away in this luxurious, small studio. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Stylish living space with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and bathroom with separate toilet. You have a small private patio with dining table and chairs. 1 dog is very welcome. This is the perfect ocean studio for your beach holiday. No free parking.

Studio op 5 minuten lopen van het strand en centrum De Koog. Velen strandpaviljoens, restaurants en bars op 5 minuten loopafstand. Badkamer met ligbad, regendouche en vloerverwarming. Kitchenette met nespresso, waterkoker, koelkast en broodrooster. Comfortabele zithoek met smart TV. De studio is voorzien van Airconditioning. De studio bevindt zich op 2e verdieping van het huis op de 1e verdieping zijn nog 2 kamers aanwezig. Het trappenhuis wordt gedeeld. Verder is alles voor u privé.

De Klaver Garage

De Klaver garage is een privé verblijf in rustige straat in het centrum, met gratis parkeerplek voor de deur. Aan het noordhollandskanaal, op steenworp afstand van het oude centrum en winkelstraten, vele gezellige restaurants en bars, het stadspark om de hoek en treinstation en supermarkt zijn in de buurt. Ook het strand, de duinen en Amsterdam zijn makkelijk te bereiken. Alles is volledig nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. De perfecte uitvalsbasis om Alkmaar en omgeving te ontdekken.

Welcome to Morningstar! Located right in the heart of Amsterdam. We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

Met veel enthousiasme hebben wij ons oude Herenhuis gerenoveerd en in oorspronkelijke staat hersteld. Op de bel-etage hebben wij een appartement gecreëerd dat wij nu verhuren. Het huis ligt in een levendige wijk op 5 minuten lopen naar het stadshart en op 4 minuten lopen naar het treinstation waarvandaan u in binnen 34 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal bent. Het appartement is recent en met veel aandacht gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien, geheel voor eigen gebruik met balkon.
