Modern comforts, old world charm in West Hobart

Our house is 800m to North Hobart dining out strip and 300m to the famous Hill St Grocery store where Tasmanian gourmet products are available. You can walk to the city centre. Your accommodation is downstairs of our family home: a self-contained area with a separate entry off the verandah. It has a bedroom, a fully renovated bathroom, and a small living area with a kitchenette. We live upstairs, so we can assist you if needed but we also will give you privacy. There is free on-street parking.

Located on North Hobart's iconic Elizabeth Street, this comfortable studio apartment is just a 3-minute walk from your choice of bars, restaurants, cafes and theatres and provides a cosy space to relax after taking in Hobart's attractions. Within walking distance of the CBD, there is also a bus stop at the front door and free off-street parking out the back. Stairs: From the front entrance, the apartment is one floor up. From the rear entrance (carpark), the apartment is three floors up. :)

Welcome to the beautiful Providence Valley in West Hobart. Sleeps 4. Five minute walk to vibrant North Hobart restaurants, State Cinema, 5 minute bus to town and short stroll to beautiful Salamanca, docks & galleries. Garden setting on a private deck, tea, coffee, milk, and oats for porridge in the morning. A welcome pack with ideas for good restaurants and what's on. Have a coffee at Providence Cafe on your way to a film at the State theatre in North Hobart.

Down the Lane @ 408 is tucked down a laneway on the restaurant strip of North Hobart. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, and opposite the iconic State Cinema. The heart of the CBD is a 15 minute gentle walk or alternatively the bus stop is directly opposite the accommodation. There is parking allocated to this accommodation. The location is one of its best assets. It is difficult to get accommodation on the strip at this price

It is a 15 minute walk to the city centre and a short walk to the Elizabeth Street North Hobart cafe strip. With the stairs to the entry and the bed in a raised platform "nook", "The Cave" may not be for everyone, but if you're looking for well located lodgings that ooze atmosphere I think you'll love it!
