Near many attractions, 25 mins from JFK, & a quick train ride or drive to NYC and near the beach! All types of fast food and delicious restaurants nearby! Apt is in excellent condition, sanitized and clean in a great environment.

Book your stay in our industrial themed duplex located in Ingraham Estates ! 5 minutes away from Nassau coliseum, Roosevelt Field Mall, Hofstra university and plenty of food choices! Perfect for students and professors as it is 8 mins from Molloy College and 12 mins from Adelphi University. Prime location for commuters as it is 5 mins from the LIRR and 30 mins from JFK airport. Want to sit back and take in some vitamin D? Jones beach is just 20 mins away.

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

cozy get away

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.

Very quiet and relaxing one bedroom apartment on cul-de-sac. This is a basement apartment, it has a flat screen TV with cable and with fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom with extra large shower, bed linens and towels are supplied. It is located 4 miles from LIU CW post campus for those parents visiting their children. We are located 35-40 minutes from Manhattan. No public transportation near by.
