The Cottage on Parker Point

There isn’t anything shabby about this shabby chic 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage! There is a full kitchen along with a microwave and coffee maker. All linens and towels are included. A large wall mounted TV and Sirius XM in the cottage. Also a back deck for morning coffee and relaxation! Located in the heart of Blue Hill village. Walking distance to Art gallery’s, coffee shops,Blue Hill Library, Blue Hill book store, fine dining and the town park! Also, Kneisel Hall is just a short ride where you can hear beautiful Chamber music! Take a day hike or a quick hike through Parker point trail to the local grocery store, go kayaking on Blue Hill bay or take a drive to Acadia National Park for the day. This is the perfect spot to experience Down East Maine, the way life should be! Nearby towns include Stonington, Deer Isle,Ellsworth,Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park,Castine, Camden, Brooklin Belfast, as well as many other quintessential coastal towns! 1812 Pierce House is a unique home on the National Register of Historic Places. Full of antiques & modern touches. If you like interesting places to stay, this is for you! If you like straight lines & central air, we recommend a hotel. A private entrance with your own entry hall bedroom w/ table, closet, & small hall leading to the bathroom w/ shower. Small fridge with freezer, hot water kettle, coffee/tea, 2 electric burners, toaster & microwave. Firepit in large yard. Close walk to river.

Ship Harbor Cabin

Nestled in the quiet side of the Mount Desert Island woods just a short walk to Bass Harbor and the closest lodging to Bass Harbor Head Light and the Ship Harbor and Wonderland hiking trails in beautiful Acadia National Park are the Lighthouse Cabins. These cabins feature almost 400 square feet of living space with kitchenette, dining area and private bathroom. Amenities include: Air Conditioner, electric fireplace, Keurig, Microwave/Air Fryer, refrigerator/freezer, 50" TV and high speed wifi.

Sunny Loft Apartment in Acadia

Spend your vacation in a peaceful loft in the middle of beautiful Acadia National Park. The property overlooks the water of Somes Sound and is surrounded by woods. You will have a convenient home base centrally located on the island to discover the best of what Acadia has to offer. You will be minutes away from Echo Lake and Long Pond which offer kayaking and swimming, close to Bar Harbor and Southwest Harbor for all the great restaurants and shopping while being tucked away on a quiet street.

Relaxing lodge in the woods

Rustic lodge nestled in the woods, on 60+ acres. Close to Bangor, coastline, and 50 miles to Bar Harbor. Large eat in dining area with plenty of room for family and friends. Outdoor fields for games, grilling, access to Maine wildlife, with plenty of parking. Private master bedroom w/bath. Large community areas to enjoy time with friends and family. At night spend time by the campfire and take in the stunning night sky. Party and events are not allowed at this time due to COVID-19 policies.

Finding Joy

This lovely apartment is above our garage. You can come and go as you please. We have created a place for peace and solitude. Sit on the deck or look out the dining room window and see the woods and wait for the birds and wildlife that may be wonder through the yard. There is coffee and tea available, along with basic breakfast supplies, if you wish. Keyless entry allows for you to come anytime after check-in. Please note, you have to be comfortable with stairs to access the apartment.

The Nest - Cozy En-suite 2 Bed/2 Bath

The cabin is tucked into the woods providing opportunities for all day wildlife and bird watching. It feels secluded but is minutes away from Belfast, Lincolnville and Camden. We are a little over an hour to Acadia National Park and two hours from Baxter State Park (Mount Katahdin highest mountain in Maine). The cabin is extremely cozy and has well supplied kitchen. There are several outside seating areas with fire pits and a screen porch for a”morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

The Cottage at the McCobb House

Freshly renovated inside and out, the cottage is your private Maine camp. Located on an acre and a half of wooded grounds, and surrounded by forest, the cottage feels secluded, but it’s only a mile to the restaurants, shops, and waterfront attractions of bustling Boothbay Harbor. With hiking trails in the Pine Tree Preserve that adjoins the property and the Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve a five minute walk up the road, you can also explore nature and enjoy the solitude of the woods.

The Barnacle in Mid-Coast Maine

The Barnacle is a converted 1800's barn that is our guest house. It's rustic, cozy, and only 50 yards from the water and Holbrook Island Sanctuary State Park. It's a perfect location to explore Mid-Coast Maine! Amenities: Breakfast items, beverages, coffee, tandem & single kayak, 2 bikes, pool table, dart board, games & movies! NOTE: The barn isn't insulated therefore it's IMPOSSIBLE to be spotless. Dust or bugs WILL appear.

Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.

We have an open, airy studio apartment with a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle under the twin, private bathroom and full kitchen, located approximately 25 miles, or about a 40 minute drive, from Acadia National Park. Pets are welcome as we have a small fenced in area in the backyard. Bring home a lobster and cook it in the fully furnished kitchen.
