We had a fantastic stay! Johanna and her husband were extremely friendly, helpful, and graciously hospitable. We felt very welcomed. They were very responsive to a few requests we had and even made up a futon as an extra bed when asked about sleeping arrangements for my family of five. We had a great time roasting s’mores over a campfire by the pond and my son caught his first fish. Great memories! On our next visit to Fairfield, this will be the first rental I will be looking for.

We had to find a place last minute due to some unexpected circumstances, and Lori was incredibly accommodating. We only needed it for one night to fit five of us, and the three-bedroom setup was perfect. She went above and beyond by offering early check-in and late check-out, and even brought us muffins and coffee since she knew we had to hit the road early. The space was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times, but it didn’t cause any major issues. All in all, a great stay — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Ritestay was a great place. We didn’t spend much time there because we were there to see our daughter. Would be perfect in the summer!!

Ed was great at communicating, house was everything we could have asked for. Would definitely book again!

Erin was very responsive and approachable. She gave clear instructions on entry and exit to the house. It was cozy and clean and relaxing. He little touches of luxury were everywhere to be found. I would go again in a heartbeat.

We had the most amazing time and are hopeful to come back again! We also hired Jessica, a private chef, to cook dinner for us, and not only was she accommodating to our dietary restrictions and palate preferences, but more so so seemed to go out of her way to make sure we had the perfect meal and experience. I’m telling everyone about our visit and insisting that they go. Truly, this was an 11/10 experience.

Loved the place! Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Perfect location near family for the Thanksgiving holiday. The main street w/ restaurants & shops was just 10 min away. Robert and Chris were very responsive and provided detailed instructions and many recs for the village. Very kind! 10/10

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

Maher’s house was an amazing peaceful experience. I enjoyed my time there and he had great recommendations to restaurants and activities! He was very responsive with all questions we had. I will totally stay here in the future if I can get the chance again!! Thank you Maher!!

Great house and great host. The place was beautiful -- big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms (especially in the master bedroom), nice setup outside (jacuzzi and BBQ), etc. Perfect place for a family weekend in Litchfield. Location was perfect -- a 2 minute drive to great coffee, pastries, bread, ice cream, etc. in Bantam. Liz was an excellent host -- very helpful and responsive. We'd love to visit again soon.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

My stay here was phenomenal! From the host’s response time, down to the amenities that were placed throughout the house. As soon as you walk in, it felt like home. The house is spacious and highly functional. The design of the house offers a perfect blend of modern mixed with nostalgic elements. The best stay by far. Would love to book again!

This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return! We were looking for a last minute peaceful four day getaway and we found it here. We can’t stop talking about it. Although relatively close to everything we felt as if we were in the middle of a forest. The only sounds were the chirping of song birds and a woodpecker in the morning. Local restaurants are great and for us a trip to Yale University’s free museums and nearby antique shops rounded things out. The house is charming and Rio, our host , made sure we had everything. The few things we forgot from home were there! Wonderful experience all around.

Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

It was the perfect spot for a getaway weekend. Easy access to wineries and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

I am 68 & I have traveled pretty extensively and have to say, this was the coziest, cleanest & well-stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at - absolutely has everything you could want/need. My cousins & I kept on saying, “If we could just win the lottery and buy this place! 😀 Thank you Cail, Jayne & Dylan for sharing this little piece of Paradise! 🤗

This was the perfect weekend getaway for 3 friends! The house was spotless and the perfect walking distance from the beach, a great coffee shop, and ice cream. Our hosts were so friendly and even let us check in a little early. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking dinners, the TV had all the apps one could need, and we enjoyed playing the board games that were provided. I will definitely be recommending for anyone looking for a quick, restorative trip out of NYC!

Nice place located in a beautiful secluded house in a safe neighborhood. Gorgeous property. Our dogs were allowed and they were very comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described. Extremely clean and well maintained. The place was easy to locate and easy to access. It is convenient to many local stores and restaurants. Great, responsive hosts!
