Rustic Retreat

A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

Walk, or ride our included well-tuned classic bikes, 1/4 mile to the Bemus village sign. Take a quiet paddle in the canoe. Read, sunbathe, fish, or cocktail on our private dock, with a slip provided for your boat up to 25 ft. Grill on a gas grill or lakeside Fire pit. Private parking for 2 cars and 2 trailers.
