Nestled in the pines of the beautiful Sierra Foothills this quaint, country cottage is the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy all that nature has to offer. It has a bedroom and a bonus room with two additional beds. Step outside your door for a cup of coffee at the gazebo, view of the horse pasture with deer, wild turkey and all of the wildlife that we enjoy! This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). That being said, please read further to learn why there are so many photos of rattlesnakes in my listing. All good things come with inherent challenges...

Adorable A frame house close to Yosemite (32 miles), Bass Lake (23 miles), Sequoia, and Kings Canyon! Our cute 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect spot to relax after a day trip to the lake or park. We have a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, bbq and patio set for outdoor eating. The house is equipped with wifi, 2 AC units (upstairs & down) and space heaters. Watch the stars at night, or see deer grazing in the yard. Enjoy our cute peaceful neighborhood on 1 acre of private land!

Sweet Yosemite Cottage with Hot Tub

We are so glad to share our darling cottage near Yosemite National Park with you! The home is located just 20 minutes away from the south entrance of Yosemite, 8 minutes to the swimming beach at Bass Lake, and 2 minutes away from the town of Oakhurst with its restaurants, cafes, galleries and grocery stores. The home has a spacious hot tub in the back and is surrounded by massive granite boulders, giving you the true feeling of being in the Sierras.

Country Cottage easy access to Yosemite, more!

Ten foot ceilings and use of mirrors add to the open feeling of this comfortable, cozy one bedroom cottage. Full kitchen, full bath with tub/shower combo, queen bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the living area. Seven foot privacy wall separates the bedroom from the living room and kitchen area. Large covered porch area to enjoy the mountain breezes. Set on a beautiful acre plus of oak trees and natural landscape.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. No neighbors, very private retreat with custom stone details. Located on a private ranch 2miles off of Hwy 41 with walking trails, and lots of wildlife as well as chickens, lambs and a horse! 7 min to the Historic town of Coarsegold, 15 min from Oakhurst and 35 min to the Yosemite National Park southern park entrance off of Hwy 41.
