Cozy Little Cottage

Small comfortable place close to Lime Rock Park and Ski Butternut. It has 3 available bedrooms including one master with full bath. Lots of great restaurants in the area and places to hike or take out your canoe or kayak. Nice private backyard. There is a small fish pool to enjoy. I do have cameras pointing at the front door and back door to see when guests arrive and when they leave. Please don't try and sneak in extra guests you didn't intend to pay for. I've has these issues before. Welcome!

Renovated studio in barn built circa 1830, centrally located to all activities in the Berkshires. Bright and sunny space with views of fields and spectacular sunsets. Open upstairs loft bedroom with pine floors, catherial ceiling, exposed beams, full kitchen , bathroom and washer and dryer. The Berkshires are beautiful in the fall , come stay ! 5 minute drive to town. Walk to the Green River , hike the trails. We provide all basic household supplies. Great for couples, adventurers and business travelers who love activity but appreciate a comfortable quiet place at the end of the day.

And don't forget the bathroom hot steam shower! Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Please ask for a grill for cooking meat and greasy food. We are also have a cycling side business offering bike rentals and tours.
