For families you have Africa Alive, Pleasure Wood Hills and beautiful beaches like Kessingland and Southwold. For quieter days out there is Snape Maltings, Minsmere and quiet towns like Beccles. But for us, the icing on the cake is the beach which is a stones throw away, tucked behind the chalet. We aim to give you the home from home chalet. 10% off a week stay.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. East Lodge, Sotterley Estate

A unique two bedroomed, single storey thatched cottage on the Sotterley Estate, hidden down a private driveway amongst mature woodland.
