This is the main residence at Maple Hills Estate, with breathtaking views and a private back yard with a sauna. The wrap around porch offers views of the river and the surrounding mountains. You can be at Pudding Creek Beach in 5 minutes, at Glass Beach and the Skunk Train in 7 minutes, at the world-famous Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens 12 minutes, and in the historic downtown of Mendocino Village in 20 minutes.
