Park Circle Tropical Oasis 3BR/2BA with Pool

Welcome to the PC Tropical Oasis - where you will feel like you've stepped into a traveler's paradise. This stay is located right in the center of the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston - with the main strip of restaurants and shops only a 10minute walk away. You are also only a short ride away from the best local beaches, downtown and just about anything you dream of doing while visiting Charleston. This stay offers high end amenities while also being centrally located to everything.

The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

This new Charleston style home is centrally located in trendy Park Circle is also dog friendly! Steps away from Paradiso pool & restaurant! 5 min drive to Charleston Wine + Food. 10 min drive to downtown Charleston/SEWE. 12 min drive to Credit One Stadium. 20 min drive to beaches of Sullivans Island. Beautiful new neighborhood with several walking paths. 12 min drive from airport. Please let us know if you need an early check in or late check out! We can usually accommodate these requests!

My Happy Place

This is a charming cottage with a pool and large outdoor area. It is located 3 minutes to both I26 and 526, a 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston and walking distance to North Charleston’s trendy, fun area. The Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island is a 10 minute drive, the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island 15 minutes and North Charleston Colliseum 5 minutes. It is easy to get to all these places and there are many fun things to do in the Charleston/North Charleston/Daniel Island areas.

Detached Guest Suite

Detached guest suite (45" Smart TV with YouTubeTV ) with full bathroom. Outdoor veranda space includes a swimming pool , outdoor kitchen(microwave,fridge , gas cook top,Keurig (with coffee),toaster, gas fireplace, and large screen Smart TV. . Separate entrance from the house. 14 miles to airport (20 mins) 10 miles to downtown Beaches(Kiawah-24 miles or Folly Beach-16 miles ). The pool is shared with the owners but our guests are given privacy. Operation Permit #OP2024-05734

The Oasis (Charming, Close, Sleeps 7)

The Oasis is a beautiful and comfortable townhome in Charleston, SC. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath sleeps 7 people! The airport, beach, downtown, golf courses, & concert venues are all approx. 20 min away. After enjoying Charleston's restaurants, tours, shops, beaches, golf, & entertainment, relax at The Oasis w/ 3 Roku TVs (70", 43", 43"). Drift off to dreams w/ King, Queen, Twin Loft, & Queen Sleeper Sofa options. Also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. There is pool access in warmer weather.

Ideal location to experience the charm of Charleston. This townhouse is quietly tucked away in Mt Pleasant, 10 minutes to downtown and minutes to all the beaches, shopping & dining in Mt Pleasant (Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Shem Creek, Patriots Point etc). The airport is a close 15 minute drive also. If you feel like staying in, the house offers a second floor deck with spectacular views of the lake, smart TV for movie night, and a fire pit for a night in with a glass of wine.
