Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Located in the heart of The Oakwood Historic District in Downtown Raleigh, NC, Sally's Suite (Apt #1) is a fun and unique private studio apartment in the converted former sun parlor of the Historic John C. Winder House c1872. The neighborhood has the highest "Walkscore" in Raleigh and is located 10 minutes from the state capitol and everything Downtown. We're a 5 minute walk from all the restaurants, bars and shops of Person St. and Seaboard Station. We're also 15 minutes walk to downtown

This is a 1-room studio near downtown Raleigh, close to many good eateries. We are set-up as a 2-nite short term business model, however if you would like to stay longer, we would charge an additional $50 per nite on top of the stated nightly fee. So if you booked 5 nites, we would be adding $50 a nite, or $150 for those extra 3-nites. We will however provide a clean-up and fresh towels for you if you'd like. We can work this extra fee out at time of your booking or when arrival with Airbnb.
