The sitting room boasts two recliner chairs and a tv. Hidden in an armoire, kitchen amenities provide convenience. The sitting room balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. 17 stairs must be climbed to access the listing. The apartment is on the street side of our home and I will probably be in residence during your stay.

Make memories by the water, whether you're in town to house-hunt or vacation. Enjoy lounging by the pool, watching dolphin or manatee, fishing off of the dock, or exploring the area and its sugar sand beaches. This modern luxury home offers spacious accommodations and gorgeous sunsets. If boating or fishing is on your agenda, the dock accommodates vessels up to 80'. The Gulf of Mexico and Shell Island are just minutes away with no idle zones to slow you down once you're outside of the bayou.

Home away from Home And Cozy with Salt Water Pool

Located in a nice safe neighborhood this house is about 2,000 sq ft and has everything you will need and love. You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. There is a Hot Tub out back by the pool you can enjoy after a long day. There will be fresh linens and towels upon arrival. You will feel right at home here! Come check it out and see for yourself.

We have a floating dock in our backyard and there's a public boat ramp within eyeshot. You can tie up your boat, jet ski, or kayak to the dock. We are close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches.
