Summer Cottage by the Sea

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

Summer home in a nature reserve with beaches

This child-friendly home is situated in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk away from the sea and a vast meadow leading up to a secluded beach. Walking trails all around. Elfvik nature reserve also starts right around the corner. House includes a bright and cosy double bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, another bedroom for kids, TV, books, wi-fi, and your two bathrooms. Spacious living room, kitchen and a workspace on the floor above. Max 30 mins into the center of Stockholm by public transport.

Rooftop two floors apt., 10 min from Old town

Welcome to our 2-floor apartment, with a roof terrace and an open fireplace. The apartment is located in the trendy area Midsommarkransen, with a big park in front, used both for sun bathing picnicers, cava drinking couples and has a popular playground for kids. The supermarket is across the park, 200 meters away and the metro station is just 400 meters away . Our guests are mostly families (minimum age 27 years old) and you'll find many cafes, restaurants, bakeries in the area. Welcome!

Lilla Friden

Upplev svensk naturlyx i ett mysigt minihus , omgivet av skog och skärgårdsvatten, bara 15 min med bil (30 min med buss) till Stockholm. Huset ligger på en höjd med magisk utsikt och har en egen uteplats där du kan njuta av lugnet. Det är enkelt, autentiskt och prisvärt. Här får du det bästa av två världar: närvaro i naturen och snabb tillgång till allt Stockholm och skärgården erbjuder. Gäster säger att det är finare på plats än på bilder. En plats för stillhet, närvaro och minnesvärda dagar.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Stockholm Archipelago villa

Lovely villa next to forest. 5 decks, 4 min walk to a glacial lake through the trees. Cinema, pool table, sauna, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 bunk beds) 30 mins bus to Stockholm centre. 5 mins to beaches, skiing, cafes, shops, hiking. The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.

Huset ligger i ett lugnt område med närhet till fina skogspromenader, bad, affär och bra kommunikationer till Stockholm city med både buss och båt. Intill området finns en 18+12 håls golfbana med en stor restaurang och bar. Du hittar även pizzeria och grill inom gångavstånd. Huset har en öppen och luftig övervåning med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för trevlig samvaro. Ni har tillgång till bastu och pingisbord.

Close to a beautiful park (Rålambshovsparken), a scenic promenade Norrmälarstrand to tourist spot Stadshuset (City hall), and cliffs you can jump in the water from (Fredhällsklipporna). TV with hi-fi speakers for music, Apple TV with subscriptions and Nintendo Switch with mario kart included.

Our home is located on the top of a hill, with a view over the trees and sun all day long. The location is in a house neighbourhood but with maximal privacy, as it is surrounded by a forest on 2 of 4 sides of the house. The house has all facilities you can ask for; many bedrooms and beds, two workstations with screens, a tv room, a gym with a threadmill, a weightlifting section and a spinning bike, two bathrooms, one with both a bath tub and a sauna.
