Miller's Loft - Luxury loft living near the coast

The Loft, Cromer, Norfolk

This bijou stand-alone loft conversion was lovingly restored by the host Guy Spurrell, utilising eco friendly, reclaimed building materials. This beautiful and compact space has often been likened to staying in a ship’s quarters but without the perils of the sea. The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sandy beach and prom and is only two minutes walk from Cromer’s famous grade II listed pier. Paddock View

Paddock view is located on a working equestrian property. On the outskirts of a small village located between popular towns like Downham Market, Kings Lynn and Swaffham. Also with the chance of occasional plane spotting as we are not far from RAF Marham. The Flat is self contained and well equipped with access only via stairs with Shower room/ toilet downstairs . Please be aware as this is on an equestrian property there will be horses and other animals on site.

The Loft

The Loft is an independent self contained apartment overlooking the gardens at Well Cottage on the village green. Perfect location to visit multi award winning Gunton Arms and the Suffield Arms ( 1 mile away ). Also within easy distance of the Norfolk Coast, Norfolk Broads, and City of Norwich. National Trust properties are a short drive away, as well as the wealth of beautiful Norfolk beaches and Cromer Pier (with its pier shows and famous Cromer crabs).

Backing onto a country lane, ideal for scenic walks, or a visit to the local pub nearby. Stairs lead up to a open plan sitting room and kitchen. A bathroom with a combined shower bath.

My house is close to art and culture, shops, restaurants and dining.These are to be found in Holt just a short walk away. The north Norfolk coast with fantastic scenery and wonderful beaches is 4 miles away. Sheringham can be reached by steam train. Cathedral city of Norwich is 22 miles to the south. You’ll love my place because of the great location. My top floor room is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

The Flat

The Flat is a one bedroom flat accessed through its own front door up a few steps and through a glass entrance hall. The bed is a queen size double with an ensuite shower, loo and basin. The sitting room and kitchen are open plan. There is a large sofa bed in the sitting room and an un-fenced, private lawn area with table and chairs, on the edge of woodland.

Lovely studio at Medworth House at first floor of detached old Garage. All facilities available that is great for a couple, however you enjoy green private area known as Trafford park. Facility is 2 min away from main Wisbech Park and 4 min walking from down town.

Self Catering, Spacious Studio Room in the country

Lovely airy, light space with a wood burning stove and facilities for independent living. The room lies at one end of a family home, above the old coach house. Ideal for two people, and a double futon available for two extra people on request.
