Great spot right next to the bus station and a short walk into the city centre.

Time & Tide is well located and very well equipped. We were travelling with our 8 month old and having a high chair in the flat was essential. The kitchen also had everything we needed. It is very quick to walk into town to get a coffee or have a drink, and there are lots of lovely villages a short drive away. Being able to see the sea from your bed is pretty special.

Very nice chalet, as described, everybody said how nice it was and how clean and tidy it was, a great time had by all and very well situated close to amenities and also the water. Will visit again, thank you very much for a lovely stay.

The stay was perfect in every possible way, great team and the place was exactly as described. Only downside was the lack of a free car park but wasn’t anything that affected my stay.

Nice room in a very convenient place. Pity it is only available for students, during the summer holidays could well admit more people.

Great location right next to the bus station which was useful for me and a very short walk into the city centre. The room was very spacious and a good ensuite. The only drawback was that my room was on the bottom floor looking into the courtyard and it was extremely dark and I had to have the light on any time I was in my room during the day. This did not match the pictures which shows the bright rooms with good views. Very friendly staff on reception and good facilities with a sunny roof terrace and gym. It was very expensive, costing over double what I pay in rent for my city centre flat at University but whilst I was down in Norwich for placement it was good accommodation to stay in.

We enjoyed our stay at Cromer Country club. The surroundings were beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed with our two young children and they provided two travel cots and two high chairs and even some children’s plates dishes and crockery which was really useful! The apartment was cosy if a little dated, but we understand the property is currently undergoing a renovation program. We appreciated the amenities and visited the pool, sauna etc which looked like the photos. The kitchen was well equipped and had good quality pots and pans for cooking. Bed was comfortable and the bedroom had blackout blinds which was great. It was also useful to have toiletries provided. A smart TV would have been handy.

Nicki & Peter are fantastic hosts! They were so responsive to all communication made. They were quick to answer any questions asked ahead of the booking. On arrival after announcing ourselves at reception, we were met by Nicki& taken to our lodge & shown around! Most helpful. We are a family of 4 ( 2 adults & 2 kids) & the lodge was more than adequate in size. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival, it was clean, very nicely laid out, and had everything we needed. The view from the 'back garden' looks onto the golf course- stunning! We got to use the hotel pool & facilities (for kids it was in the afternoon only ). This worked out great as we were out in the day, so often back in time for a swim. There are several supermarkets near by, only a 15 minute drive. Norwich town centre is also close by. Plenty to do in nearby & surrounding areas. Would definitely come back again, thank you!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom flat during a wet February. Apartment is very private, with good sized balcony and lovely views over the golf course. Warmand temperature easily controlled. Everything you need for self-catering but meals also available in the brasserie or sports bar and 'the Painted Barn' 2 minutes drive away. Small well-stocked village shop plus a retail park with massive sainsburys only 10 mins away. We had a lovely meal with friends in the Brasserie, with drinks before and coffee after sitting by the log burning fire in the bar area.

We had a wonderful time at Burlington by the Sea. The apartment was really beautiful. Thoughtfully decorated, modern, clean and very well equipped. We loved the big windows. It was so light and sunny, and has a lovely sea view. We really enjoyed reading the books that were dotted around the flat - all very interesting! It was the perfect base to enjoy Norfolk. Right by the seaside too, we had nice walks along the sea front every morning and evening. Would definitely recommend.

We hired Ash Tree Barns as a short break for our extended family to celebrate an 80th birthday. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The property was lovely and clean on our arrival and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time enjoying family catch-up time at the pool table, in the hot tub and in the gym. Even ‘Nanna’ had a go on the exercise bike! Jade was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any of our queries. A great host and a lovely venue. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Dax’s place! From the start, we received loads of helpful local recommendations and clear instructions both before our visit and upon arrival. The house is incredibly spacious, with plenty of seating for the whole family both indoors and outdoors. There’s ample parking and a safe, enclosed garden at both the front and back — perfect for children and dogs to enjoy safely. The property is finished to a very high standard, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped — nothing was overlooked. There’s also a brilliant playroom for the kids, plus swings and outdoor toys, which kept them entertained for hours. The huge pool/hot tub was a real highlight. We had a minor issue with it during our stay, but Dax had an engineer on-site within 20 minutes to resolve it — fantastic service! We would highly recommend not just this property but any property managed by Dax. We’ll definitely be returning!

Lyndale House was a very good base for going into Norwich and accessing the coast. It was well set up for a large group of mixed ages, (there were 9 of us - 6 adults and 3 children 5 and under. There was plenty of space in the living room for everyone to be together, and to eat in the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen was well equipped.

Wow, wow wow.......What a fantastic place to stay. It felt roomy, comfortably, clean & bright. Everything was modern and the access at the rear of the garden was excellent for kayaking, boating & fishing. Hot tub, pool table and fire pit was a plus. Can highly recommend the White Horse Inn which was a 2 minute walk away in the small village.

The Kingfisher house is clean, neat and tidy and suited our needs perfectly. Being opposite the Goat Shed is a very good selling point, with its excellent choice of goods and great food to eat. The location is very central Norfolk, meaning you have plenty of options to visit lots of the Norfolk sights. The use of the pool and tennis courts at the nearby golf resort is an added bonus. Night time is very quiet so we all managed to get some well earned rest.

From start to finish this place and our hosts were perfect. The house was amazing! Clean and tidy, and just genuinely one of the most spacious and lovely places I’ve stayed in. We absolutely loved our time here, Mark thought of everything from complimentary bits like the most amazing pork pie we’ve ever had, to spares including toothpaste and toiletries we’ve all forgotten before. The garden was amazing with the fire pit getting a lot of use from us, we spent so much time in a peaceful environment and wished we booked longer. The beds were so comfortable and the facilities were great. Huge kitchen and two lovely snugs with tvs and a pool table in one. The gym was great(although I didn’t use it as much as i thought I would)! We genuinely couldn’t find fault in anything (not that we aimed to find any)! Mark was so responsive and helpful. He even organised a banner to congratulate myself and my partner on our first pregnancy which was so thoughtful. We will be coming back! 🤌🏼
