Utrolig fin bolig, med vakre detaljer. Det vistes godt at denne boligen tilhører en familie med sans for estetikk. Godt innredet med alt man kan ønske seg. Behagelig oppvarmet basseng, med vakkert uteområde. Hyggelig og imøtekommende vert. Stort innholdsrikt senter i nærheten. Eneste vi savnet var muligheten for nedkjøling av soverom. Anbefales på det varmeste.

This beautiful house and large garden was an ideal base for a 3 generation family group to stay. We stayed for a week. The hosts generously provided a home from home for us, where we enjoyed their family’s permanent home. Although it was an easy 15 minute walk from Kolbotn town centre we all started to call it the Lake House because that was the stand - out feature of our stay. I would definitely recommend this house to other large family groups.

Thomas made sure everything needed in the house is available. He respond effectively in a short time. The place is very nice for families. The location of the house is excellent and close to Oslo and many other places. The neighborhood is clean and quit with easy access to the highways.

Nous avons passé de très chouettes moments en famille. (4 adultes et 3 jeunes de 21-25ans ) La maison de Reza est spacieuse , très agréable et bien décorée . Elle est bien équipée, conforme à la description et aux photos. Les extérieurs sont très jolis, malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la belle terrasse arrière avec son BBQ à cause de la météo. Mais sans aucun doute elle doit être agréable. Les voisins sont proches et très discret, le quartier est calme. Les transports en communs sont faciles d’accès. Infrastructures sportives (foot- basket, ping-pong ) à 10 min à pied, et il est possible de partir courir dans les bois en partant de la maison . . Reza est très réactif et nous a donné de très bonnes indications pour les activités/ visites. Je recommande vivement cette maison et ses hôtes.

Oddbjørn’s house is incredible. With a beautiful location right on the water and tons of space in the house it feels like a vacation the moment you step inside or out onto the deck. There are so many amenities, the kitchen is huge, the sauna is a fantastic addition. This space is perfect for large groups or a family looking to get away for the weekend. With kayaks, canoes, and a rowboat you can explore a serene lake and really enjoy the surroundings. Enjoy a great week in Norway at this spectacular house!!

Vi havde en fantastik familie uge i huset. Et skønt hus i autentisk stil, med skønne solterrasser og en dejlig have som ungerne og hundene kunne boltre sig i. Vi havde stor glæde af at bade i havet fra den private strand og flotte gåture i området. Indtjekningen og kommunikationen med Einar før og under opholdet var rigtig god og konstruktiv. Kan på det varmeste anbefale stedet.

My parents stayed here for a month and loved the place. It’s cozy, the hosts are wonderful and the location is close to a beautiful forest. We would love to come back.

A really beautiful and cosy apartment with great views over Oslo, within walking distance of places of interest and great cafes/restaurants, with public transport links also nearby. It's very clear that Kari-Anne and Inge care greatly about the experience of their guests, and they are always very responsive and happy to help with recommendations.

Amazing apartment and amazing hosts. I had a very good stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, cosy and near everything anyone might need. Ingvill and her brother were responsive, easy to communicate with, accommodating, kind, friendly. I felt exactly like my home away from home. I would be pleased to come back again soon.

Merci infiniment à Natasha pour sa flexibilité et sa générosité pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. L’appartement est excellent. Il se trouve dans un quartier calme et proche du bord du fjord d’où partent les excursions. En même temps il est à deux minutes de la ligne 12 du tram qui ramène au centre ville en 5 minutes. Nous y avons passé 5 jours et avions envie d’y rester encore. Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

Un bell'appartamento e con buona dotazione. Zona servita da mezzi di trasporto pubblici che rendono agevoli gli spostamenti. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano tutti i servizi e negozi. Molto buono!

Perfect spot for exploring Oslo. Is a pedestrian area so you may have a little walk with cases but it’s worth it as very quiet spot with lovely view over the bay. Loads of restaurants around so loads of meal options within a few mins walk. Apartment is clean and well maintained and comfy. We were a family with two young boys and they were safe and loved watching their shows on Netflix on the big tv. Second bedroom is small but fine for young kids.

Camilla & Snorre sind unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Das Haus war nicht nur sauber, sondern auch stilvoll eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral/mit toller Anbindung. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Blick auf Oslo. Wir haben ums rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Vielen Dank, Camilla & Snorre für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Julie and Christian’s home for 2 weeks. The hosts were very gracious and responsive, providing us with recommendations and always available when we had questions. The house has ample windows with gorgeous natural light. My two kids, 2 and 5 years old, loved the playroom and trampoline, as well as their lush garden. The location on Bygdøy can’t be beat; a stones throw away from trails to take you to the different beaches, the grocery store is very close, as well as the bus stop to take you to the city. And, if you decide to go for a walk at dusk, you might be fortunate enough to cross paths with baby deer or a fox. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. It felt like a home away from home in the best way.

Frode’s place had so much charm. We loved all the outdoor spaces, and the kitchen was a great place to cook. The whole family enjoyed the sauna because we had a lot of rain. Thanks Frode:-)

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und super sauber. Die Innenstadt ist einfach zu erreichen und Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte um die Ecke. Bente war immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Check-in und out war einfach und flexibel. Wir würden mit unserer Familie immer wieder kommen.

Staying at this place was an absolutely magical experience—truly a hidden gem in this world. My family and I were fortunate enough to spend a week here, and it felt like stepping into a dream. The breathtaking views of the sea, surrounded by mountains and lush nature, created a sense of serenity and wonder we will never forget. It’s the kind of place that takes your breath away every time you look out the window—a sanctuary of beauty and peace. The house itself is stunning, thoughtfully designed with every detail blending style and comfort seamlessly. What made the experience even more special was the warmth and attentiveness of the owner, who was always quick to respond and made us feel so welcomed and safe throughout our stay. This is truly the perfect place for a family holiday or anyone seeking a slice of paradise. We feel incredibly blessed to have created lasting memories here and cannot recommend this place enough.

Дом расположен в пригороде Осло, рядом с автобусной остановкой и магазином. Все фото и описание дома полностью соответствует реальности. Мы чувствовали себя как дома и благодарны за щедрое гостеприимство Anniken. Она очень оперативно отвечала на все наши вопросы. Мы долго будем вспоминать этот отпуск и надеемся вернуться еще раз, но уже летом ;)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Oslo. Das Haus liegt ganz am Ende einer Straße, so dass wir unsere Kinder völlig beruhigt draußen spielen lassen könnten. Von der Küche über die Schlaf und Kinderzimmer war alles perfekt ausgestattet. Sogar ein Zimmer zum Spielen und eine Kinoleinwand gab es. Der Pool war perfekt und schön groß. Wir haben ihn viel genutzt. Unseren Wagen könnten wir direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Beim Supermarkt gibt es direkt einen Schnelllader für unseren PKW. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La maison de Frode et Vidar est un véritable bijou, idéalement située à quelques encablures de ferry du centre d'Oslo, offrant une vue à couper le souffle sur le majestueux Fjord. C'est un cadre de rêve pour quiconque souhaite s'évader tout en restant à proximité de la ville. L'intérieur de la maison est parfaitement équipé, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour des plus agréables. De plus, la proximité des commerces et des transports publics en fait un lieu aussi pratique que charmant. Un des moments les plus magiques de notre séjour a été de pouvoir admirer les aurores boréales directement depuis le salon – un spectacle inoubliable et un privilège rare. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour une expérience unique en Norvège.
