This studio is an open plan, industrial style guest house situated in front of the property as a separate dwelling with its own private entry. Tropical surrounds create a lovely ambiance & our beach is within walking distance. Peregian Beach village is 4 min drive to cafes, boutique shops & patrolled surf beach. Noosa 10 mins. Bus stop within walking distance.

This waterfront townhouse is on the Noosa River. Upstairs is a full kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area. A north-facing deck with BBQ is overlooking the pool. Downstairs is a bedroom, two bathrooms and a sunny spacious courtyard Fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans. The riverside pool is shared by four townhouses. Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace are within easy walking distance. It's pet-friendly subject to approval.

Our very clean, light, air conditioned one bedroom studio with kitchenette facilities is situated opposite a small bush reserve on a quiet one way street that is a short stroll from beautiful Sunshine Beach and the vibrant village or a five minute drive to Noosa Heads, the National Park and Noosa River. Your laneway gives you your own private space as the open area in front of the house is not available to use.

Fabulously close to Gympie Terrace and i great dining as well as Noosa river and all the water sports the river offers. 2.5km from Hastings Street and a short drive or bus ride to Sunshine Beach. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
