The Mountains: Birds singing, spectacular views

Nestled on the ridge with spectacular views across the valley, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet or sit in the many chairs positioned through out the property while enjoying the music made by nature. We are 15 minutes from the famous Eumundi Markets and Kenilworth and its cheese factory/ foot long donuts. Books &games, Outdoor firepit and protected verandah for viewing the stunning sunsets. We lived on an easement & its condition varies & not suitable for low profile. Note-2 sets of stairs.

Margaritaville /Sandy Beds is a modern clean apartment submerged in tropical gardens. It is accessed only by 4WD /AWD from Noosa North Shore. Cooloola National Park is across the road and only a short stroll down a sandy track and your on the famous Teewah Beach. Go to bed listening to the ocean roar and wake up too the sounds of the birds singing. Go exploring all day, fishing, hiking and surfing or just stay at the house and relax and read a book and unwind. It has something for everyone.

Charming and modern tiny home featuring 2 cozy mezzanine bedrooms (king + queen), a full kitchen, full bathroom, comfy living area, and two kid-friendly bench beds. Sleeps up to 6 – perfect for a family getaway or unique couples’ retreat! Please note: The price is for 2 guests, please add guests 16 yrs + if more than two are staying. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The tiny home is located on a property surrounded by greenery that is 150m to the Main Street and famous Eumundi Markets. Noosa Heads is a 20 minutes drive. Two separate bedrooms on either side of the tiny home. Well-lit with windows that open out to let in the fresh hinterland air. Modern bathroom. Kitchenette with fridge, sink, coffee machine and toaster. Weber BBQ along side a table and chairs on the deck.

Cosy bright 2 bedroom townhouse. Excellent position & 5 minute walk to beautiful Noosa river & conveniences. Comfortable with full kitchen, lounge room and second toilet/powder room. Private decking with pergola & under cover dining. Upstairs main bedroom & balcony & shower & toilet. Second bedroom has double bed. Allocated carport (1 vehicle only). Key safe lock box self check in. AIRCON in main bedroom ONLY. Ceiling fans in main, 2nd bedroom & lounge area.

With a comfortable king size bed, large bathroom, self-contained kitchenette and private patio, this is a perfect retreat to come and unwind and enjoy what Noosa and surrounding areas has to offer. Only a few steps into the pool or a 5 minute walk to the beach, there is always somewhere to cool off end enjoy the beautiful QLD weather!

Private, modern and spacious, with unlimited WiFi, Netflix. Air-conditioned self contained 1 bedroom guest suite, with its own separate entrance. The accommodation is on the lower level of our home, right next to the pool. Only 20 min walk to Noosa Main Beach & Noosa National Park 10 min walk. Not suitable for anyone who has a problem with stairs or other mobility issues.
