Set high on the mountain slopes of Constantia Nek, Blackwood Log Cabin has panoramic views across the lush valley to the mountains beyond. The 2 bedroomed house sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms. Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Modern minimalist three bedroom beach house, on hillside below Chapman's Peak Drive, surrounded by greenery. Sweeping 360° views of beach, wetlands, valley and mountains. Sheltered from strong wind yet always cool in summer. Solar panel + battery system to mitigate impact of load-shedding. A much loved family holiday home that is rented out when we or friends are not staying there, rather than a dedicated business.
