The Penthouse of Spaccanapoli

Notre Penthouse panoramique se trouve dans la rue la plus centrale et célèbre de la ville et a été renouvelée avec des matériaux élégants et de luxe comme le parquet, le marbre de Carrara et la résine. La beauté de ses hauts plafonds et la chaleur de ses différents éléments en bois comme les poutres, confèrent à l'appartement un charme intemporel. Villa Mareblu

Villa Mareblu is located in Arienzo,a quiet area of Positano,500mt from the center of the town .The villa has a lovely terrace with a breathtakingly exquisite sea view and private staircase to Arienzo beach. Due to safety issues linked to weather conditions, the private staircase is open from May until 15th of October. There is the local and Sita bus stops on the main road and private parking for cars of a small/medium size (price 50€ per day to pay on the site).

The Bungalow

“The Bungalow” is a cozy and quaint accommodation nestled in a residential neighbourhood where you can experience true day to day Italian life and culture and is located 10-15 minutes from the main square. Enjoy the beautiful vista of the Mediterranean sea from the ample terrace. This Studio features a small kitchenette equipped with a small fridge and electric stove and the bathroom has shower facilities. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Recentemente ristrutturato in stile contemporaneo l'appartamento gode di una vista spettacolare sul Golfo di Napoli, dal Vesuvio a Capri. Posizionato all'ultimo piano di una villa storica con ascensore. L’attico si compone di un grande spazio living con cucina a vista, due camere matrimoniali, due bagni ed un terrazzo privato. Inoltre, gli ospiti potranno usufruire gratuitamente di un posto auto privato all'interno del cortile ma non custodito.
