New Pool Tropical Waterfront Dock & Optional Boat

We have electric power! Home stayed dry during hurricane Milton. Clean and ready! Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail. You can do so many fun things, or just have a drink on the dock and watch the manatees. Pet Friendly

The Ibis Cottage

Freshly renovated, The Ibis Cottage is a cozy studio on a beautiful property overlooking a small lake. It is a 5 minute drive to Nokomis Beach, Siesta Beach and Venice Beach are within easy reach, and a block away to the Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice). Enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret. The cottage is conveniently located between Sarasota and Venice. The perfect location for enjoying the Gulf coast and outstanding beaches.

Canal front home in Nokomis, right next to Legacy Trail. Bicycles and Kayaks available to enjoy a trip to the beaches and local islands, please sign waivers before using and send to hosts. Fish right off your dock and enjoy covered Lanai with outdoor fireplace. Nokomis beach (2 miles), Venice beach (2.5 miles), Jetti beach (3 miles). Close to restaurants and historical Venice shopping. This home can sleep up to 8 people. Pets are welcome (125$ pet fee) Please be courteous noise late night.

Welcome to our Mid Century Modern waterfront getaway on the highly sought after Curry Creek. Perfectly situation between Nokomis Beach (2 miles) and Venice Beach (3 miles). Enjoy spending time fishing on the private dock or getting out on the water with our 4 kayaks and slip. We're located a half mile away from The Legacy Bike Trail (we have 6 bikes for guest use). large firepit, charcoal grill, cornhole, tons of supplies for shark teeth hunting and days spent at the beach
