This accommodation is set in Bas-Armagnac countryside, offering peace, quiet, and tranquility. It is the perfect place to take a break if you are hiking along the Voie Verte du Marsan. 22 m² living area/kitchen with a sofa bed (single bed with extra charge). One 11 m² bedroom with a 180 cm bed and en-suite shower room. One 10 m² bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a separate shower room. All equipment and household linens are provided. Babies are welcome (cot, high chair, etc., available).

Refurbished between 2022 and 2024, Gites de Verger have everything you need for a getaway with friends or family.  The three gites (sleeping 6, 6 & 4) can be rented separately or together, accommodating a maximum of 16 people so are great for a group holiday.   A large shared terrace and outside kitchen area is perfect for larger gatherings and communal dining.   Separate terraces for each gite allow smaller groups some privacy while still enjoying the pool, large hot tub and garden.

Fiona and/or Alasdair always welcome everyone personally and really enjoy meeting their AirBnB guests. They hope visitors will love this unique area as much as they do and are always happy to suggest places to go and things to see. Etoile is a comfortable, spacious gite with beautiful views of the surrounding Gers countryside. It is a great spot for relaxing and taking in the astonishing range of birdsong and spotting all sorts of local wildlife, including red squirrels and deer.

Our gite is in a small village it’s 5 kms from the town of Plaisance. And 15 kms from Marciac and the largest European Jazz festival.
