The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

It is conveniently located within walking distance from the long sandy beach and the centre of the Platanias area, offering you a chance for a car-free & carefree holiday! The villa accommodates up to four guests — two in beds and two on the sofa bed.

Kolymbari offers all kinds of shop's, super market's and excellent restaurant's specializing in local seafood! The town of Chania is a 30 min (28km) drive,and the airport is 50 min (46km) the busy Town of Kasteli (Kissamos ) is a 15min drive!

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
