Pueblo Style home on 1+ Acre with Pool! This charming 4BR/2BA Pueblo Style home features stunning details throughout. Gorgeous saltillo tile in the living areas with beautiful wood beam accents, and a kiva-style fireplace for cozy winter nights. The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. The pool is not heated but will be open and cleaned all year. Sorry no pets.

Quiet cul-de-sac and peaceful landing spot within minutes to NMSU and Old Mesilla. Easy access to I-10 and I-25. Close to golf courses, shopping and the beauty of Las Cruces and Mesilla. Private entrance to casita, patio with dining table and a cozy bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower, WiFi, coffee station, refrigerator with small freezer, microwave. A two bedroom casita with a kitchen. We have a full bath with tub and shower. Very quiet upscale neighborhood with all custom homes on 1 acre lots. Winding streets perfect for walking or biking. Less than 50 feet from the door of Casa Majik is a trail leading to "A" Mountain. Parking is for a maximum of two cars on the property. Restaurants and Memorial Hospital are 2 miles away.
