Amazing views and a quick drive to Boulder, Eldora, Longmont, and Gunbarrel. This cozy spot is within a spilt-level home and provides privacy as a separate unit.

The space has a full kitchen and is a one bedroom, one bath carriage house that sleeps up to four people.
