Our colourful house is located in Niton on the southern tip of the Island, it is a lovely village & well resourced with a grocery store, pub, post office, library but also within walking distance from a beach, beautiful walks and a great access point to the rest of the Island. Niton is a very peaceful place and our house is located off the main road right on the coastal footpath. We have a large garden and are well equipped for eating indoors or outdoors and generally relaxing on your holiday!

Needles' View at Chale Bay Farm is an air-conditioned family-friendly self-catering apartment with stunning views towards the Needles. The living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer and adjacent dining and lounge/sun-room. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with sofa-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

A brilliant location close to the lots of local amenities all within a short walk. The Buddle Inn pub is a 5 minute stroll away. There is a beach cafe close to St Catherine’s lighthouse also a short walk away. We have tried to make this retreat as comfortable as possible, influenced by the Hamptons. A family run homestead that fronts Niton Undercliff, overlooking Reeth Bay at the southern tip of the Island. Providing an "OFF GRID" Tiny House accommodation, is set within an established Food Forest Garden. It sleeps two adults with a double bed, that each morning you can wake to beautiful sea views, and offers a simple and efficient living space. There is a shepherds hut shower room with a combined dry compost toilet.. This accommodation is for over 18s only. No dogs.

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
