The perfect retreat for couples, walkers and nature lovers looking for a peaceful tech-free getaway. Local village shops, cafes, and two cosy gastro / real ale pubs. 15 minute drive to the Victorian seaside town of Ventnor with lots of places to eat out, the Island's finest butchers, and little shops selling local crafts and produce, records and antiques. No wifi !

Chale Bay Farm - Purbeck View

Purbeck View at Chale Bay Farm is an air-conditioned, family-friendly self-catering apartment with views out to the sea. The living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer and air-conditioned lounge/sun-room with large TV. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with sofa-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

Sticky Wicket is a cosy holiday chalet set among beautiful gardens in the charming village of Niton near Ventnor. The property has one bedroom with an en-suite shower room, kitchenette and lounge with sofa and tv. Situated in a row of similar south facing properties it enjoys the sun most of the day. The surrounding area is part of an AONB located near to St Catherine's lighthouse. Stickey Wicket is nestled in an area called the "under cliff". It is a real haven for walkers and cyclists alike.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Boathouse is a little hidden gem.Located in an AONB. Surrounded by many coastal walks all on your doorstep. A brilliant location close to the lots of local amenities all within a short walk. The Buddle Inn pub is a 5 minute stroll away. There is a beach cafe close to St Catherine’s lighthouse also a short walk away. We have tried to make this retreat as comfortable as possible, influenced by the Hamptons. I’m confident you will love it.

The Retreat

The retreat is a self -contained little chalet in the Courtyard of Hillside farm. Small play area on site,salon. Complimentary essentials ,tea, coffee,sugar ,milk, eggs from our chickens when available,cleaning products. Dog Friendly maximum of two dogs charge of £ 35 each per dog.

Tiny Home Retreat, Off Grid, Permaculture Island

A family run homestead that fronts Niton Undercliff, overlooking Reeth Bay at the southern tip of the Island. Providing an "OFF GRID" Tiny House accommodation, is set within an established Food Forest Garden. It sleeps two adults with a double bed, that each morning you can wake to beautiful sea views, and offers a simple and efficient living space. There is a shepherds hut shower room with a combined dry compost toilet.. This accommodation is for over 18s only. No dogs.

Welcome to High View Annexe

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. This former coach house provides a little retreat and is just moments away from the coastal footpaths. It’s just half a mile into the village where there is a family run grocery shop, pottery, chemist, cafe, pub, and even a post office with bar and restaurant. A short walk to the famous Buddle pub which also serves food with panoramic views of the sea.

Classic Farmhouse nestled in National Landscape

Locks Farm House is a Grade II listed stone build dating back to 1702. It is a traditional long thatch with the roof also covering the former barn. There are two plain beam reception rooms and two double bedrooms, one with an original panel wall. All the rooms look out onto a walled garden and the Downs surrounding the village. The current owners restored the house lovingly using original materials and remain resident in Niton.

A quiet garden entrance into a comfortable double bedroom with ensuite wet room and small kitchenette all tucked away and hidden within the centre of the village. Private parking with access onto a plethora of country foot paths, with a village Pub and a Bar all but a stroll away. The village also offers a chemist, 8-late shop, Post Office and an internationally recognised Pottery. No pets and two night stay minimum
